Could I put a shout out for my irrelevant app (again, just a pet project for playing with the twitter API) - it's called http://howdycar.com/ - it ties your twitter account to your car so that people can tweet you if they know your car registration number plate - just a bit of fun really. A few rough edges but we're developing it all the time....
